2. Schedule your sessions
We'll book your six coaching sessions over 6-12 weeks, spaced to give you time to work through each module and implement between sessions.
3. Receive your first handbook
Each session comes with a handbook. Before your first session, you'll get your first one. You'll work through them module by module as you progress through the program.
4. Work through the program with coaching support
Each session, you'll work directly with either Judith or Anna to discuss your workbook insights, map your patterns, troubleshoot challenges, and build your Manual.
5. Build and test your Manual
Between sessions, you'll work through each module and implement what you're learning. By the end, you have a tested Manual that actually works for your life.

Judith Klerks created Write Your Own Manual based on her work as a psychologist and ADHD coach specializing in helping neurodivergent adults understand how their brains work. She brings clinical expertise and practical, no-nonsense guidance to every session.
Anna Walsh is Judith's co-creator on Write Your Own Manual, bringing coaching expertise, training design, and years of leadership and people management.
Together, they created this program because traditional advice doesn't usually work for ADHD brains—you need YOUR manual, not someone else's.
You'll work with either Judith or Anna throughout the program. Both bring deep understanding of ADHD and expertise in helping adults build systems that actually work.
