Neurodiversity at work, made practical

Coaching, sparring and training that help your neurodivergent people do their best work, and help you keep them.

Your neurodivergent employees are often among your most capable people. They're also the ones most likely to be quietly running on empty, compensating all day for a way of working that wasn't built for how they think. That gets expensive: missed potential, sick leave, and eventually a resignation you didn't see coming. Usually it isn't the person, and it isn't the role. It's the fit between them.

What we offer

…is tailored to what works best for you. Usually, it’s one or more of these three options:

  • The Manual for employees — 1-1 Write Your Own Manual coaching programme, so your people work out how they work best and can say clearly what they need.

  • Sparring for managers — short, practical sessions on getting the best from a neurodivergent team member.

  • Training or workshops — for leadership teams and HR, so neurodiversity becomes something your organisation handles well rather than works around. Or for a particular team in your organisation where neurodiversity impacts effective teamwork.

Tailored to you

No two organisations are the same, so we shape what we do around yours, whether that's one employee or a whole team. Let's talk about what your people need. Book a free consultation.

Why work with us?

Hi, I'm Judith Klerks, psychologist and senior coach specialising in neurodiversity and professional development. I work with people for whom standard advice consistently falls short.

I developed the Write Your Own Manual method because I kept seeing the same thing: bright, capable people who spend years feeling they don't fit, while constantly adapting to a system that was never designed for them. Now I help professionals and organisations work in a way that genuinely fits them.

Depending on what your organisation needs, I bring myself, or I work with other experts that have have a solid grounding in the Write Your Own Manual -philosophy and add their own expertise on leadership development, making DE&I work in large organisations, culture change, or specific neurodiversity knowledge. All with a proven track record. Get in touch and we’ll discuss what works best for you.
